Padlock and chain on a gate

In case you get locked out...

Lock-outs are the responsibility of the tenant. You must call, pay for, and arrange your own locksmith services. If you do, you are required to provide management with a copy of the key within 24-hrs.

Often times, locksmiths will require proof that you are authorized to obtain access to a property. For this reason, if you are unable to arrange services on your own then:

Step 1: Call your property manager.

Step 2: If no answer, call a second time and leave a message.

Please note: if a lock-out occurs after hours, then a manager may not be available to assist you with your lock-out. Assistance is based on availability.
