How To Pay Your Rent

Here are the convenient ways you can pay your rent.

Payments must be completed by the 5th at 11pm cut-off time of each month; otherwise, a $50 late fee may apply.

Bank Transfer via Zelle

  1. From your bank's website, go to Zelle.
  2. Add a new recipient: aeraproperties@aeraproperties.com.
  3. Follow your bank's instructions.
  4. Put "Rent [month/year]" in the memo.

Note: If Zelle charges a processing fee, this may be billed back to the tenant.

Deadline: All payments must be postmarked or received no later than the 1st of each month.

Cash App

  1. Log in to your Cash App account.
  2. Enter the rent amount and click "Pay".
  3. Search and enter the "To" field: $aeraproperties.
  4. Put "Rent [month/year]" in the memo/for section.
  5. Click pay.

Note: Cash App charges a processing fee. We may bill this back to the tenant after funds have been received.

Bank Deposit

You can walk into our bank and deposit funds directly with our bank's teller. Please contact your property manager for bank account deposit and routing information.
